Our Role

The Spencer’s Ridge HOA exists to:

• Maintain common areas
• Enforce community standards
• Manage association finances
• Protect property values
• Serve the homeowners of Spencer’s Ridge

The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership.

For architectural change requests, complete the Architectural Request form associated with your address on our PayHOA site. Our Architectural Review Committee will review the request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
