Here are commonly asked questions to help you.

What is Spencer’s Ridge HOA?

The Spencer’s Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA) is the organization responsible for maintaining common areas, enforcing community standards, and managing the shared financial obligations of the neighborhood. When you buy a home in Spencer’s Ridge, you automatically become a member of the HOA.

Are HOA fees mandatory?

Yes. HOA assessments are a legal obligation attached to the property, not the homeowner. All owners must pay their assessments, even if they disagree with HOA decisions.

What day is garbage pickup?

Two garbage hauling companies service our community – Adams Sanitation and Waste Pro. It is best to have your items at the curb by 6 am on pickup days. Please do not put trash out before 5 pm the day before pickup and try to have your trash bins off the street by 9 pm on pickup days. If the landfill is closed for a holiday, usually sanitation services are closed as well.

I want to make some changes to my property. What do I need to do?

For all changes to the exterior of your home, you will need to contact the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) for approval. To gain approval, send a description of the changes to be made accompanied by any pictures or samples that will help the ARC visualize the changes as they review your plans.

When are assessment payments due?

Assessment payments are due by March 31 each year.
