Welcome to Spencer’s Ridge Owner’s Association
Our community began in 2014 with approximately 11 homes that were mostly model homes built by D R Horton. Over the next two and a half years, the remaining, 75 homes were constructed and all of you moved in to form our terrific neighborhood.
We are an HOA organized community with adopted covenants for the maintenance of our community.
